Cerebex AI Inc. (“Cerebex AI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is dedicated to safeguarding enterprise customer confidentiality, voice biometric privacy, and organizational data integrity. This Privacy Policy details how data is ingested, processed, and secured across our SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud services running on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

1. Zero Data Retention (ZDR) Policy for Model Inputs

Cerebex AI maintains a strict Zero Data Retention (ZDR) standard. Audio streams, transcriptions, uploaded PDF invoices, ERP schema tables, and prompt inputs transmitted to our Amazon Bedrock and AWS Inferentia2 endpoints are processed in transient RAM and discarded immediately upon response synthesis. Customer data is never used to train, fine-tune, or calibrate public foundational models.

2. Infrastructure & Security Standards

All customer traffic is secured using TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 GCM encryption at rest via customer-managed AWS Key Management Service (KMS) keys. Our platform operates within SOC 2 Type II certified AWS data centers in US-East and US-West regions, compliant with HIPAA Security Rule specifications.

3. Corporate Data Collected

We collect standard business contact details (name, corporate email, billing company) provided voluntarily during trial registration or pilot agreements, alongside aggregated API telemetry (token counts, audio stream latency) required for accurate billing calculation.

4. Data Subject Rights & CCPA/GDPR Compliance

Enterprise customers retain full ownership of their data. In accordance with GDPR and CCPA statutes, authorized corporate representatives may request data auditing, extraction, or permanent erasure by submitting an inquiry to our privacy desk.
