Enterprise Terms of Service

These Enterprise Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern access to and usage of the Cerebex AI SaaS platform, APIs, developer SDKs, and voice streaming engines provided by Cerebex AI Inc. By accessing our services or deploying agents, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Permitted Enterprise Use & API Limits

Customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to invoke Cerebex AI API endpoints for internal business operations, customer support automation, and enterprise document workflows. Reverse engineering of proprietary NeuronCore compiled binaries or attempting model weight extraction is strictly prohibited.

2. 99.99% Production Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Cerebex AI guarantees 99.99% monthly uptime for all Enterprise Dedicated and Production SaaS tier endpoints deployed across multi-AZ AWS Fargate and Inferentia2 infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 72 hours in advance.

3. Billing & Usage Consumption

Subscription tiers are billed monthly or annually as designated. Metered usage (token consumption and voice minutes) is calculated accurately and billed in arrears according to published consumption rates.

4. Intellectual Property & Customer Models

Customers retain 100% intellectual property rights to all input prompts, proprietary datasets, and synthesized agent outputs. Custom LoRA adapters trained on customer data remain the sole property of the customer.
