Gavin Sinclair is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cerebex AI. With over 11 years of hands-on technical leadership across distributed systems, GPU-accelerated computing, and generative AI foundation models, Gavin spearheads the company’s architectural roadmap, cloud partnership with AWS, and enterprise commercial deployments.
Prior to founding Cerebex AI, Gavin led high-throughput infrastructure teams architecting petascale tensor ingestion pipelines and low-latency streaming inference systems. His research in quantized neural vocoders and streaming speech-to-speech architectures directly informed Cerebex’s sub-75ms voice engine.
